Nayra was one of my last photo shoots of this trip. She had just had some surgery to her breasts a few days prior to the shoot so there were sutures there. I tried to cover them and shoot around them the best I could, how ever they do creep into a few photos.

It is me or does she remind you of Jamie Farr (Klinger in M.A.S.H the television show)? I think this is what he would have looked like if he was seriously a transsexual. >>>
